EPOXY FLOOR COATING SYSTEM FOR PHARMACEUTICAL – HOSPITAL – CLEAN ROOM
When applying epoxy floor paint for the Pharmaceutical – Medical – Hospital – Cleanroom fields, the Epoxy paint system must meet the requirements such as: surface Beautiful gloss, smooth, chemical resistant, waterproof, easy to clean. For these fields, the requirement for GMP-WHO standards is a must.
I. APPLIED PAINT SYSTEM
1. Two-component Epoxy roller coating system:
Solventless two-component Epoxy coating system for use on concrete floors and steel structures.
Features and benefits:

– Easy to clean due to the seamless, smooth surface, avoiding dust and bacteria.
– Resistant to many common industrial chemicals.

Construction process:
– Surface preparation: the concrete surface has been troweled with a machine to achieve a smooth flatness, and the concrete must be waterproofed. Smooth sand with a floor sander before applying to create adhesion for the paint. Use a high-pressure vacuum cleaner to clean the surface before applying.
– Construction: Apply 1 coat of primer, then 2 coats of topcoat.
2. Self-leveling Epoxy paint system:
Epoxy self-leveling paint system with 100% solid content, with a beautiful glossy, smooth, chemical-resistant, waterproof, easy-to-clean surface completely meets pharmaceutical industry GMP standards.
Features:
